Pacific Coast Regional Office sales manager, Michael Simonds, likes chemistry. Not the kind with beakers and Bunsen burners, but the kind between Allied and our agencies. Combined with a concise marketing plan, he knows he has a formula for growth.

Victor Kwan, principal of Kwan Insurance Services in Dublin, CA, has been an Allied agent since 2004. He decided to become an Allied agent because of our competitive products and reputation for being a stable company. Another big plus, according to Victor, is the marketing support Simonds has given him that’s specially tailored to meet his diverse customers’ needs. Simonds says, “I want Victor to understand all of Allied’s diverse advertising tools, like the marketing brochures that are translated into Asian languages and Asian trade-show booths aimed at attracting new Asian customers. We’ve also committed to co-op diverse advertising through local media channels.”

Allied has benefited in another way from Simonds investment in the Kwan agency. “Victor was a valuable asset during PCRO’s inaugural Diverse Agency Summit. Because he is so satisfied with Allied and the marketing support we give him, he was willing to share his experience with our other diverse agency partners and give them tips on how to better serve their customers.”

With a partnership focused on pairing nontraditional customers with profitable growth, Simonds sees fantastic results in the years to come for Kwan.
